What's the process?
- Once your order and event details are received, we will provide you with a design proof via email within 2 business days. You are able to make 1 revision free of charge.
- Once design is approved, please allow 1-2 weeks for production.
- All orders are sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
Please note: The above timeframes are a guide only. Timeframes are dependent on the time of year and current capacity. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval may also delay your order.
