At Creo, you will work one on one with myself, Courtney; a qualified graphic designer. With easy communication, your experience will be smooth and seamless from start to finish. 

Your vision for your event stationery will be achieved together in just a few simple stages. Below is our process, which includes timeframes and what you can expect when working with Creo.

  • 1. ORDER RECEIVED

    Once your order and event details are received, your order will be moved into design and a digital proof will be provided to you via email within 2 business days.

  • 2. PROOFING

    After receiving your proof, you are able to request changes to the artwork (2 rounds of revisions is included). An updated proof will be created for you to review within 1 business day. Extra design fees may apply if further changes are needed.

  • 3. PRODUCTION

    Once you have approved your design, your order will be moved to production.

    Production times vary depending on your order but will typically take 5-7 business days.

  • 4. DELIVERY

    Once printed, your order will be packed and sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.

  • 1. QUOTE

    Once we receive your request via our contact page or email, we will discuss all stationery items you require and your vision for your event. From here, a quote will be supplied as soon as possible.

  • 2. DEPOSIT

    After approving your quote, you will receive a manual invoice and a form to provide your event details. For custom designs, a 50% deposit is required to book me us and begin designing.

  • 3. DESIGN

    Once deposit and event information has been received, your order will be moved into design and a digital proof will be provided via email within 5-7 business days. After receiving your proof, you are able to make changes to the artwork (2 rounds of revisions is included). A new proof will be created for you to review within 2 business days.

  • 4. FINAL PAYMENT & PRODUCTION

    Once you have approved your designs, final payment is required before your order will be moved to production. Production times vary depending on your order but will typically take between 1-2 weeks. Please allow extra time for luxury print methods, such as letter pressing and foiling.

  • 5. DELIVERY

    Once printed, your order will be packed and sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
