Please take time to read through Creo Designs Terms and Conditions thoroughly and ensure you understand them before you commence your order. By requesting designs, printing and/or services from Creo Designs you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and you are aware that you are entering a binding contract.


COPYRIGHT

All designs, artworks, images and proofs produced are the sole property and copyright of Creo Designs. Under no circumstances can this work be used, reproduced or imitated in any way or purpose, whether physical or digital.


PUBLICATION

Should images of work created by Creo Designs be published online, Creo Designs must be correctly credited. Creo retains the rights to use and or include designs on our social media, website or any advertising material for promotion purposes. When sharing event stationery, Creo always ensures that no personal information is apparent, such as phone numbers, etc. If we post a photo of your stationery prior to your event date, the date will be obscured. If you have an issue with us doing any of the above, please communicate this prior. 


PAYMENT

Semi custom designs ordered through our online shop require a full payment before the work commences or is supplied to the client for review.

All custom design services require an advance payment of a minimum 50% of the project quotation total before the work commences or is supplied to the client for review. The remaining 50% of the project quotation must be paid in full before print production and any release of materials. 


DELIVERY WITHIN AUS

All orders are sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timeframes are 2-8 business days for standard delivery and 1-4 business days for express delivery. More precise delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.


Invitations & on the day stationery

We offer the below standard pricing for boxed invitations and on the day stationery items delivered within Australia:

Regular Shipping: Flat Rate $13.50
Express Post: Flat Rate $16.50

Large Format Signage (A1 signs)

We offer the below standard pricing for large format signage delivered within Australia:

Regular Shipping: Flat Rate $30
Express Post: Flat Rate $45


SUPPLIED FILES

Charges for design work do not cover the release of our copyright design source files, including but not restricted to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, png, eps or other source files. If the Client requires these files for transfer to printers or other designers, they will be subject to a separate quotation or ‘buy-out’ charge.


TIMEFRAMES

Please view our process for a guideline on timeframes. Timeframes are dependent on the time of year and current capacity. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval and payment may also delay your order. It is your responsibility to order in advance.


HIRE ITEMS

Hire items are available for South Australian clients only.

All hire items have a hire fee, plus a $30 refundable bond. The bond will be refunded into your account once returned free of damage. If any damage is made to the item, Creo Designs reserves the rights to hold the bond. All broken or damaged items must be returned to Creo otherwise the items is classified as missing. The hirer agrees to pay for missing items on a full replacement value basis.

Unless agreed otherwise, the hire period is 5 days. The Client is expected to return the item within this timeframe. If not returned within timeframe discussed Creo Designs has right to hold the bond. 

Creo Designs will drop off hire items to preferred address when a delivery fee is charged. The Client is expected to return the item to giving address after event / hire period. If no delivery fee was charged, the Client is expected to pick up and drop off the hire item.


ARTWORK PROOFING

The client is held responsible for approving all artwork proofs and ensuring accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to; design, spelling, dates, contact details, layout, grammar, illustrations and images. It is the responsibility of the client to request alterations if required. Creo Designs cannot be held responsible for errors in the design once approved. Errors may be amended for a fee if your order is not yet in production. If error is noticed during production or once order is received the reprint is at the clients expense.


COLOURS

Your proof is displayed using screen colour (RGB), while your final items are printed colour (CMYK). Colour will display different from screen to screen, and even more so when printed. Therefore, colour may display differently from your on screen proof to your final printed result. 

Printed colours can also display different depending on what printer and media is used. When ordering invitations and signage that have the same colour swatch, please note there may be a slight colour difference between the two items due to different printers and media. This may also apply for different print runs from the same printer and media, due to printer maintenance and colour calibrating.


REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our service, our change of mind policy is determined by which point you are at in our service. Below is the refund policy for each stage:

Once order is placed, but prior to receiving artwork approval: 50% Refund (covers cost of time incurred in working on your order).

After approval / production has commenced: We do not accept cancellations or returns.


LOSS OR DAMAGE

Once your order is dispatched, Creo Designs cannot be held responsible for any damaged items or loss of parcels in transit. Thorough care is taken when packaging your order, to ensure a safe delivery. You are also supplied a tracking number the same day your order is dispatched.
