Print methods
When you choose our custom design service, you are able to select from a range of print methods. Our most popular print method is digital printing. Digital is flat, and uses CMYK inks meaning you can print multiple colours at once. Elevate your designs by combining digital printing with our luxury print methods; foiling, embossing or letter pressing.

Invitation suites
Create and print your very own unique invitation suite to reflect you and your special day.
Work one on one with our graphic designer, and print your dream colour palette and shape combination. Select from our range of standard shapes, or go completely unique with your own custom shapes and sizes. Whether you're looking for a minimal, modern and elegant, or colourful, fun and bold - we are here to guide you.

Custom design process

1. QUOTE
Once we receive your request via our contact page or email, we will discuss all stationery items you require and your vision for your event. From here, a quote will be supplied as soon as possible.

2. DEPOSIT
After approving your quote, you will receive a manual invoice and a form to provide your event details. For custom designs, a 50% deposit is required to book me us and begin designing.

3. DESIGN
Once deposit and event information has been received, your order will be moved into design and a digital proof will be provided via email within 5-7 business days. After receiving your proof, you are able to make changes to the artwork (2 rounds of revisions is included). A new proof will be created for you to review within 2 business days.

4. FINAL PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
Once you have approved your designs, final payment is required before your order will be moved to production. Production times vary depending on your order but will typically take between 1-2 weeks. Please allow extra time for luxury print methods, such as letter pressing and foiling.

5. DELIVERY
Once printed, your order will be packed and sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
