*Please ensure the quantity of ribbons selected matches the number of names for personalisation.

Further Custom Requests?

• We are able to supply more colours options for the ribbons and vinyl. Please contact us if you have a particular colour combination you are after. 
• Have a different font you'd like to use? Please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to print your font. The fonts provides have been tested and cut / print well at the sizing needed to fit on the ribbon. Delicate or more complex fonts may not cut clean, and we may not be able to use them. 

What's the process?

• Once your order and names are received, if your order is over 30 qty we will provide you with a design proof. Please be sure to provide correct font number, and all names spelt correctly. If under 30 qty, production will begin with no proof. If over 30 qty, design approval is needed to begin production. 
  
• Please allow up to 3 week for production. Timeframe depends on qty ordered and current workload.
  
• All orders are sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.

Please note: The above timeframes are a guide only. Timeframes are dependent on the time of year and current capacity. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval may also delay your order.
