After our production is completed, your order is then sent by Aus Post and you will receive a tracking number. We can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but will always try our best. Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!
For Australian clients, please order around 4 weeks before you'd like to receive your ribbons and 6-7 weeks for overseas clients. For now, this also includes smaller qty orders. We are working through orders in chronological order of receiving them.
If you require your ribbons before this time frame, please contact us before purchasing to see if we are able to fulfil your order. Rush fees may apply.
If ribbon colour says RESTOCK. The date mentioned on the colour is when I will be receiving the stock. Normal processing time is from that date.

- Ribbons are sent flat and untied

Further Custom Requests?
- We are able to supply more colours options for the ribbons and vinyl. Please contact us if you have a particular colour combination you are after.
- Have a different font you'd like to use? Please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to print your font. The fonts provides have been tested and cut / print well at the sizing needed to fit on the ribbon. Delicate or more complex fonts may not cut clean, and we may not be able to use them.
What's the process?

Once your order and names are received, we will provide you with a design proof via email within 2-4 business days. You are able to make 1 revision free of charge.

Once design is approved, please allow up to 3 week for production. Timeframe depends on qty ordered.

All orders are sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
Please note: The above timeframes are a guide only. Timeframes are dependent on the time of year and current capacity. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval may also delay your order.
