What's the process?

• Once your order and event details are received, we will provide you with a design proof via email within 2 business days. You are able to make 1 revision free of charge.
• Once design is approved, please allow 5-6 weeks for production.
  
• All orders are then sent from South Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
